Computer Technician

• Must be a self-starter & require low supervision
• Mandatory completion of daily sales reports & production worksheets
• Assist with the development of weekly sales strategies
• Assist with the development of office policies
• Manage office appearance & inventory daily
• Ensure quality assurance by contacting recently serviced clients
• Collect on accounts receivable daily
• Ordering & receiving goods

• Familiarity with Acronis Cloud Backup Software Platforms
• Familiarity with Sentinel One Cybersecurity Software Platforms
• Familiarity with Proof Point Software Platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2025 and 2023
• Experience with Microsoft Server Hyper-V Configurations
• Diagnose client computers in the office and on-site
• Sell PC replacement parts, computers, laptops, network equipment
• Fix computers, laptops, networks, and tablets
• Fix onsite tech-related issues for residential & corporate clients
• Sell Cybersecurity and annual protection plans
• Resource & sell merchandise company products, * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
