And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn’t do it without you., As part of the desktop support team, the Associate Desktop Support Tech will perform Level 2 support centered around the deployment and disposal of IT equipment for customers, ensuring the assistance is prompt, friendly, and effective; provide support to customers for Microsoft Office, healthcare-related software, etc. This role will perform analysis and implementation of desktop-related projects. This position will require traveling to Community Health Network sites of care for support.

Requirements

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. * High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Associate degree in microcomputer technology preferred.
  • Two (2) years in customer service required.
  • Three (3) years of experience in microcomputer hardware, software and/or support preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
