Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Business Systems Manager to lead the systems, processes, and analytics that power our commercial organization.
In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll own our commercial business systems, optimize sales operations, improve cross functional processes, and deliver the insights that help drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to build scalable processes and exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Sales Operations strategy and continuous process improvement
- Serve as business owner and administrator for Salesforce CRM and Salesforce PRM
- Manage commercial business systems, workflows, automation, and reporting
- Lead Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) onboarding and customer integrations
- Develop sales analytics, executive dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting models
- Improve data quality, governance, and system adoption
- Partner with cross functional teams to optimize business processes
- Support pricing governance, sales reporting, and commercial initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities that improve productivity and reduce manual effort
- Drive operational excellence through scalable systems and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, or Business Analytics
- Advanced Salesforce CRM administration experience
- Salesforce PRM experience preferred
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and improve business processes

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
