Do you love bringing order to complex projects, turning data into meaningful insights, and keeping teams moving toward a common goal?
Join our team supporting the U.S. Postal Service Engineering Headquarters and play a key role in modernizing the technology behind one of the nation’s largest powered industrial vehicle fleets. You’ll work alongside engineers, technical specialists, and program leaders to coordinate nationwide initiatives, build executive dashboards, analyze deployment data, and help drive mission-critical projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do As the Project Coordinator & Data Analyst, you’ll become the communication hub for a nationwide engineering modernization effort by:
- Coordinating project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and daily activities
- Tracking project performance and developing meaningful KPIs
- Building interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real-time project visibility
- Analyzing deployment, operational, and telematics data to identify trends and opportunities
- Supporting predictive analytics that help anticipate maintenance needs and project risks
- Monitoring project health, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies
- Preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and status briefings
- Collaborating with engineering, IT, business, and program management teams
- Translating technical information into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Helping ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, IT support, or project management
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and Microsoft Project (or similar tools)
Preferred Knowledge/Experience
- CAPM, PMP, ITIL 4, Agile, Scrum, AI, or related certifications
- Experience supporting engineering or technology programs
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, KPI development, or business intelligence reporting
