If you thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment and love solving complex data challenges, we want to hear from you!, * Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data architecture, governance, and Microsoft data platform solutions

• Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and SQL Server
• Collaborate with clients to assess data needs, define requirements, and deliver strategic recommendations
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and ETL/ELT workflows
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams on Microsoft data best practices
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives across client environments
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Data Consultant or Data SME in a professional services or consulting environment
• Deep expertise in Microsoft data technologies including Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, and/or Synapse Analytics
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical data solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a consulting setting
