The Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer is responsible for managing enterprise web-based applications, automation initiatives, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions that improve collaboration and operational efficiency. This role works closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to design, implement, and continuously improve mission-critical web platforms.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and support of enterprise web-based information management platforms.
• Manage customer-facing portals, collaboration tools, and technical information management systems.
• Develop long-term web platform strategies that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, governance, platform security, and application compliance.
• Develop automation scripts and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate software lifecycle management, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering teams, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Monitor application performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, project updates, and executive-level reports.
