Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot various IT infrastructure issues effectively. The Helpdesk Administrator will ensure that all users have the necessary tools and support to maintain productivity., * Provide first-level technical support for end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) and assist with network configurations including TCP/IP settings and DNS management.
  • Monitor and maintain firewall settings to ensure network security.
  • Working experience within Windows 10/11 and Acitve Directory.
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues and provide timely updates on resolution status.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT support role or as a Helpdesk Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and desktop operating systems.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, including networking protocols (TCP) and DNS configuration.
  • Experience managing mobile devices in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective user interaction.
