- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex remediation projects across the mission-critical data center portfolio, from initial concept through operational handoff.
- Establish comprehensive program roadmaps and master schedules, identifying interdependencies between concurrent workstreams such as power and cooling infrastructures.
- Own project resource allocation and workflow prioritization across multiple sites to ensure consistent execution and team utilization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Data Center Operations, Data Center Service) and external vendors to deliver projects within scope.
- Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to executive leadership and directors.
Requirements
Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
- Experience in driving the remediation programs., * 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Deep domain expertise in data center electrical/mechanical infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, transformers, HV/MV distribution, cooling towers, chillers, gensets).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple concurrent projects, and lead global, cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable who thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at creating scalable process order to drive results.
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically or internationally to work with sites or equipment suppliers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
