Security Analyst/PC Support Supervisor

The Security Analyst and PC Support Supervisor is responsible for supporting Graham Health System’s cybersecurity and HIPAA security programs while providing day-to-day supervision of the PC Support Technician team.

The position helps protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Graham Health System’s information systems, clinical systems, and patient data. Cybersecurity responsibilities include security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, access monitoring, risk assessments, security awareness, and compliance documentation.

The position also directs the daily activities of the PC Support Technicians, coordinates staff training and cross-training, establishes standardized technical support processes, monitors service quality, and ensures end-user support activities are completed consistently, securely, and in support of clinical and administrative operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Experience in cybersecurity, information technology, desktop support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting healthcare information systems or clinical operations preferred.
• Previous team-lead, supervisory, mentoring, project-coordination, or workload-management experience preferred.
• Experience creating technical documentation or standardized support procedures preferred.
• One or more of the following certifications are preferred: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, HIPAA security or compliance training
