Senior Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Development Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll work across the full stack, drive engineering best practices, mentor developers, and build distributed systems that power mission-critical applications.

• Develop modern front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput ETL and data processing pipelines.
• Optimize database performance, schema design, and query execution for PostgreSQL and analytical databases such as StarRocks or ClickHouse.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using Kubernetes across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Build scalable event-driven applications utilizing RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies.
• Lead architecture discussions, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Software Engineer role.
• Strong expertise in:
• Python
• React.js
• JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
• REST API & Microservices Architecture
• PostgreSQL
• Kubernetes
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and system scalability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with StarRocks or ClickHouse.
• Experience with GCP Cloud Storage or Azure Blob Storage.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
