Engineering Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Specification Analyst to support engineering and manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate product specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering data. This role requires strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and advanced Excel knowledge to ensure data integrity and support engineering change management activities., Maintain and update product specifications, engineering data, and master data. Create, review, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). Process engineering changes and ensure accurate implementation of change decisions. Support engineering change management (ECM) activities and maintain data integrity. Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support business decisions and project initiatives. Monitor reports and validate data accuracy across systems. Support parts planning and specification-related administrative activities. Coordinate with multiple departments to standardize processes and improve operational consistency. Assist with project execution while meeting established timelines. Facilitate meetings and coordinate follow-up actions as needed. Adapt to new processes, systems, and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities., Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Previous experience working with SAP. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PDMLink or similar Product Data Management (PDM/PLM) systems. Knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO). Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps. Manufacturing or engineering industry experience. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
