Job description

Parsec Automation, LLC in Galicia, Spain, is seeking a Product Support Engineer I to deliver high-quality technical support for the TrakSYS platform. You’ll work with customers and partner teams to troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

This role requires a customer-focused mindset, 2+ years in software support or development, and hands-on experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, HTML/JavaScript, and Windows systems.
