Job description
As a S/4HANA (Senior) Consultant you’ll be part of the SAP Team within Consulting. You will help clients unlock the value of their data throughout large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and responsible for defining and delivering the data migration approach while establishing a solid data foundation for the future. This includes ensuring high data quality, clear ownership and sustainable data practices. Moreover, you support clients in moving from legacy landscapes to SAP S/4HANA by helping them improve how data is structured, governed and used in the future.
Additionally, you will:
- Define the data migration strategy and approach for SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Support clients in establishing a modern data foundation for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
- Support the integration of SAP S/4HANA with enterprise data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Azure, Snowflake)
- Work closely with functional, integration, testing and cutover teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of / interest in:
- Data migration lifecycle (extract, transform, load, validate)
- Data quality and governance principles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical and structured working approach.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel when required.
It’s an advantage if you have:
- Experience with SAP data migration tooling (Data Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or other).
- Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience in Agile, SAP Activate or other delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in international team or environment.
