  • Leiding geven aan data scientists en analytics professionals
  • Strategische data-initiatieven definiëren en implementeren
  • Bruggen slaan tussen technologie, business en compliance
  • Machine learning modellen evalueren en productie nemen
  • Data governance en kwaliteit waarborgen

Requirements

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in managementrol bij data science teams
  • Solide technische achtergrond (Python, SQL, ML-frameworks)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en business acumen
  • Affiniteit met agile werkwijzen
  • Begrip van data-ethiek en regelgeving
