Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Change Manager / Discovery Pipeline Manager to lead transformative initiatives within our organization. This role is pivotal in driving change management processes, overseeing the discovery pipeline for new projects, and ensuring seamless integration of business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, project management expertise, and technical acumen to facilitate organizational growth and innovation. You will champion best practices in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process optimization to deliver impactful results that align with our strategic goals., * Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.

  • Oversee the discovery pipeline, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Project Server to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues impacting project success or operational efficiency, implementing corrective actions proactively.
  • Supervise team members involved in project planning, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement to foster a high-performance environment.
  • Utilize enterprise systems like ERP platforms (e.g., Workday), content management systems (SharePoint), and service management tools (ServiceNow) for effective project execution.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly through presentations and reports using Visio, PowerPoint, or other visualization tools to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with methodologies such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or Waterfall approaches depending on project scope.
  • Promote continuous improvement by analyzing data with SAS or Salesforce analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience leading diverse teams through complex projects and change initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Smartsheet, and Basecamp.
  • Proficiency with enterprise systems such as ERP solutions (Workday), SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and driving organizational change effectively.
  • Skilled in data analysis using SAS or similar analytics tools to support product development and process improvements.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like SAFe as well as traditional Waterfall methodologies for project execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using Visio for process documentation and Project Server for resource planning.
