the support needed to grow your technical, professional, and leadership skills. What we re looking for To be eligible for this role, you ll need to hold a degree in any discipline. You don t need to come from a technical background; we re looking for graduates who are eager to build a career in technology and who bring curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in how IT can enable business success. A keen interest in technology and how it can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage in a global business Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences A solution-focused mindset, always looking for the best outcome for the business and approaching problems with pragmatism and creativity Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and how they are reshaping the way organisations operate Analytical thinking, with an ability to work with data and operational information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities A proactive, self-starting attitude, someone who takes initiative, asks the right questions, and doesn t wait to be told what to do next Any prior experience in a technology-related role, project, or environment would be advantageous, though not required What you can expect from the process Apply online with your CV Complete screening, cognitive testing and video interview If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend a final stage assessment Successful candidates will join us in October 2026 Please note that due to the high volume of applications, there may be a delay in our response.
