Job description

  • Collaborate with product leadership and key clients to develop short- and long-term product vision, translate strategy into product concepts, and present them to stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize user journeys across the product suite; integrate new features into workflows to meet business goals and elevate the overall experience.
  • Use LLMs and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to rapidly build functional, interactive prototypes that go beyond linked mockups to demonstrate real behavior and interaction patterns.
  • Think thoroughly about both macro interactions (end-to-end flows, information architecture, cross-product coherence) and micro interactions (transitions, feedback states, edge cases, loading patterns).
  • Make and articulate decisions on balancing user needs with business needs. Rationalize and defend these decisions.
  • Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Own UX-related features end to end: define requirements with clients and stakeholders, write user stories, work with Engineering and QA to ensure seamless delivery, participate in UAT and go-to-market activities.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs that reflect the success of designed and delivered features from the UX standpoint., * Submit application and include your portfolio on your resume; please also include a set of final development-ready mock-ups for one of your web-based B2B SaaS projects, 5-15 images (different screens of the workflow, or different states of the same screen), as 100% scale png images that you can share with us
  • Initial phone screen (30 mins)
  • Hiring manager call (45 mins)
  • Team interview with UX team and Product (2 x 30 mins)
  • Design project
  • Final round with CTO + CPO (30 mins each)
  • Reference checks (2-3 references)

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
  • Proficiency with Figma and strong technical knowledge of modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience using LLMs or AI-assisted tools to build interactive prototypes or working front-end artifacts.
  • Experience as an in-house designer at a product-based company.
  • Minimum 2 years designing B2B web-based SaaS products.
  • Exceptional eye for detail in both visual and interaction design.
  • Self-directed work style. Proactively identifies problems and drives work forward without waiting to be directed.
  • Strong collaborator: takes feedback seriously, iterates constructively rather than defending initial solutions by default.
  • Willingness and ability to work 9am-6pm ET U.S. hours. You can work remotely.
  • Required: Portfolio of end-to-end design projects (ideation through delivery) with relevant UX case studies for B2B web-based SaaS products you’ve designed. Please include a link in your resume.
