Job description

As a Data Analyst, your daily focus will include:

  • Data Interpretation & Modeling: Analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that reveal business opportunities.
  • Dashboard Creation: Designing, building, and maintaining automated interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide strategic insights.
  • Data Integrity & Hygiene: Cleaning, validating, and structuring raw data to ensure absolute accuracy and reliability in all reporting.
  • Predictive Analysis: Developing forecasting models and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and operational efficiency.
  • A/B Testing Support: Assisting with experimental design, statistical analysis, and performance tracking for digital optimization.

In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, helping our team make smarter, data-driven decisions that impact our overall growth and performance., We are looking for a candidate who pairs strong analytical thinking with technical expertise:

  • Experience: Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, or Data Engineer (portfolio or project examples preferred).
  • SQL Expertise: Advanced proficiency writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from relational databases.
  • Data Visualization: Strong hands-on experience building user-friendly reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Programming Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation (using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or tidyverse).
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing, data distributions) and how to apply them to business problems.
  • Communication: The ability to translate technical data findings into clear, non-technical recommendations for stakeholders.
