Artificial Intelligence App Store (IOS) Continuous Integration Human-Computer Interaction Mobile Application Software Recommender Systems Swiftui Delivery Pipeline Ios Frameworks Backend Data Strategy Mobile Data

Job description

You’ll be part of the Data Team, working on the mobile foundations that enable better discovery, personalization, and product understanding within the iOS app.

Rather than focusing only on user-facing features, a big part of your work will be making sure the app is structured to capture reliable user interaction signals, support AI recommendation systems, and allow teams to continuously improve the discovery experience based on real usage.

You’ll collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Data teams to ensure new and existing app surfaces are:

  • Properly instrumented
  • Designed with personalization in mind
  • Technically prepared to evolve as our AI systems grow

This role combines hands-on iOS development with ownership over the quality, reliability, and evolution of the mobile data layer, helping turn user behavior into better in-app experiences at scale., We are looking for a Senior iOS Product Engineer to join our Data Team. This is a role for an engineer who cares deeply about user experience, product impact, and data. You will bridge the gap between our AI/recommendation capabilities and a seamless, high-performance experience on Apple platforms.

You won’t just take tickets and write Swift code. You’ll own features end-to-end: shaping the idea with Product, building it, defining success metrics, and iterating based on real user data. If you love shipping fast, building clean SwiftUI layouts, and using data and AI to make discovery smarter, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Data teams to ensure new and existing app surfaces are:

  • Properly instrumented
  • Designed with personalization in mind
  • Technically prepared to evolve as our AI systems grow

What you will do

  • Own features E2E: Partner with Product to define, build, and ship features. You will track post-launch metrics and iterate based on how millions of users actually interact with the app.
  • Make discovery smarter: Build and maintain the mobile instrumentation layer. You’ll ensure the app captures high-quality signals to power our AI systems, directly improving how users find and search for events.
  • Ship fast & iterate: Build MVPs to validate ideas quickly. We value learning from real user behavior over over-engineering a perfect architecture for months.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Backend, Data, and Product teams to align mobile capabilities with our global data strategy., * Talent Interview - 1h: An intro to Fever, our culture and a conversation about your background and experience.
  • Engineering Manager Interview - 1h: A deep dive into your technical expertise and your opportunity to ask anything you need to know about your day to day at Fever.
  • Technical Assignment: Your opportunity to demonstrate all you know! We would like to receive it back within 3 days.
  • Team Interview - 1.5h: A discussion about your proposed solution to the technical challenge and your chance to make sure you know everything you need about Fever.

Requirements

  • Solid iOS background: Strong experience with Swift, SwiftUI, and the iOS SDK. You know how to build reliable, high-scale mobile applications.
  • Product & data mindset: You care about the why behind what you build. You understand how user data and signals translate into better personalization, search, and discovery.
  • Pragmatic problem solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and ambiguity. You prefer action and continuous shipping over analysis paralysis.
  • Clear communicator: Fluent in English and comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with both engineers and data professionals., * Experience with search or recommendation engines in high-growth marketplace apps.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD and release pipelines.
  • Personal projects or apps shipped in the App Store.

Benefits & conditions

  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.
  • English Lessons
  • Gympass Membership
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Base Salary: 50.000 - 65.000EUR
  • Total Compensation: 67.500 - 90.000EUR (Including Base, Variable, and Stock Options)
