Job description

Design, build, and maintain a custom HyperV control plane responsible for lifecycle management of virtual machines supporting VDI workloads. This is a deep-technical, high-coding-responsibility role requiring mastery of HyperV internals and modern .NET/C# development practices., * Architect and develop the Hyper-V control plane from the ground up, including VM provisioning, lifecycle, and state management.

  • Implement software-defined infrastructure abstractions over Hyper-V APIs (WMI/CIM, VMMS service) using C# and .NET.
  • Write high-performance, concurrent code for real-time VM orchestration; profile and resolve latency/throughput bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation for configuration management, health monitoring, and remediation workflows.
  • Collaborate with BFSI client architects to translate VDI workload requirements into control-plane design decisions.
  • Participate in AI-assisted development workflows using GitHub Copilot and Claude; champion best practices within the team.
  • Produce and maintain technical design documents, API contracts, and runbooks.
