SAP Business One Functional Consultant

We are working with an established SAP Business One partner to appoint an experienced Functional Consultant into a growing Manchester-based practice. This is a client-facing role delivering end-to-end SAP Business One implementations for small and mid-sized businesses across manufacturing, distribution and professional services. With more organisations moving off spreadsheets and ageing legacy systems, demand for consultants who can implement and support SAP Business One cleanly continues to outpace supply, making this an excellent time to join a business investing in its delivery team., You will own the functional workstream across the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and business process analysis through configuration, data migration, testing, user training and go-live support. You will translate customer needs into well-documented SAP Business One solutions, run workshops with finance and operations stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor helping clients get real value from their ERP investment. You will also support pre-sales scoping and mentor junior colleagues as the team scales.

We are looking for a consultant with proven hands-on SAP Business One implementation experience and a solid grasp of core finance, sales, purchasing and inventory modules. Familiarity with both the SAP HANA and SQL versions is highly valued, as is experience with add-ons, integrations and reporting tools. Strong communication skills, confidence leading client workshops, and the ability to manage several engagements at once are essential. Exposure to manufacturing or distribution processes, or a recognised SAP certification, would be an advantage.
