Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Workfront Technology and Automations Specialist who not only optimizes this essential platform but also identifies operational needs, designs solutions independently, and leads impactful automation and AI-driven innovation., * Lead the architectural design, implementation (in partnership with MarTech), and ongoing enhancement of Workfront, continuously adapting custom fields, forms, and workflows to align with evolving stakeholder needs.
- Establish and enforce best-practice governance, system processes, and documentation for project tracking, communication, and resource management across the organization.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, provide ongoing user support, and participate in Adobe Beta testing to evaluate emerging features and maximize platform utilization.
- Architect and maintain robust automation flows leveraging both low-code solutions (Workfront Fusion, Power Automate) and custom development (Python, JavaScript, REST APIs) to streamline creative and marketing operations.
- Connect external social, behavioral, and performance data sources to construct scalable Tableau dashboards, delivering actionable reporting and predictive trends for creative and marketing stakeholders.
- Oversee release testing, manage system updates, and conduct regular audits of reports and configurations to ensure system accuracy and performance.
- Design, build, and optimize LLM-powered and agentic AI tools to enhance creative ideation, content generation, and workflow efficiency across multiple teams.
- Continuously evaluate and deploy emerging technologies to drive marketing agility and maintain a modern tech stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years as an Adobe Workfront System Administrator, including 2+ years hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront native capabilities, non-native integrations, API management, and combining disparate data sources.
- Proven skill with low-code automation tools (e.g., Adobe Fusion, Power Automate) and data workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau data visualizations.
- Experience developing custom AI agents (e.g., Copilot, Writer.com, Amazon Bedrock) and general exposure to AI/ML frameworks.
- Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certifications required.
