Job description

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Software Engineer to develop software, firmware, and automation solutions supporting semiconductor design, verification, manufacturing, and post-silicon validation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C/C++, Python, EDA tools, and hardware-software integration., * Develop software tools for semiconductor design, verification, and validation.

  • Build firmware, drivers, and low-level software for silicon platforms.
  • Create automation and infrastructure for EDA workflows and compute environments.
  • Develop post-silicon validation, debugging, and data analysis tools.
  • Optimize software performance and collaborate with hardware engineering teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Sponsorship: U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience in semiconductor environments.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with EDA, verification, or post-silicon validation.
  • Knowledge of hardware-software integration, scripting, automation, and HPC/cloud environments.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills., * Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, or other HDL technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based EDA workflows and ML for semiconductor design.
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
