Senior Data Engineer

• Design and build scalable financial data platforms
• Develop high-volume ETL pipelines
• Engineer solutions for structured and unstructured financial data
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Architecture teams
• Improve automation, monitoring, and data quality
• Contribute to next-generation financial data products used by institutional investors, * Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using Python
• Build automated workflows for ingesting, validating, transforming, and distributing financial market data
• Design data models supporting analytics and reporting
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and data quality processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise data solutions
• Support structured and unstructured data processing
• Identify opportunities to improve automation using Machine Learning and AI
• Drive continuous improvements across financial data operations
• Ensure best practices for data governance, security, and performance

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Financial Services
• FinTech
• Financial Market Data
• Data Engineering
• Data Architecture
• Data Management
• Data Quality
• Strong Python programming experience in production environments
• Experience building and supporting high-volume ETL pipelines
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data modeling and data governance

• Experience processing structured and unstructured data, including:

• JSON
• CSV
• HTML
• PDF
• XBRL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline
• Experience with financial market data or investment data platforms
• Machine Learning
• Artificial Intelligence
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Database architecture
• Capital markets technology
• Financial exchanges or market data vendors
• CFA designation or progress toward CFA certification
