Data Architect

As a Data Architect, you will support the design, development, and management of enterprise data infrastructure and data platforms. You will help build scalable data pipelines, ensure data security and compliance, automate workflows, and enable reliable real-time access to critical business data., * Design and maintain enterprise data architecture and infrastructure solutions.

• Develop and support data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks.
• Implement cloud-based data solutions and modernization initiatives.
• Automate workflows to improve data accessibility and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data security, governance, compliance, and privacy standards are maintained.
• Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval performance.
• Support real-time and batch data processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define data requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data platform and infrastructure issues.
• Document architecture, processes, standards, and technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Experience designing and supporting data pipelines, ETL processes, and data platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, compliance, and data protection principles.
• Experience with real-time data processing, workflow automation, and scalable architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in government, public safety, legal data environments, GIS data, streaming technologies, Airflow, or cloud/data engineering certifications preferred.
