Job description

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, and CI/CD., * Deploy, manage, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters.

Automate cluster provisioning and lifecycle using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD).
Configure networking, storage, security, and multi-tenant environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
Implement monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and platform security.
Collaborate with development teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of container platform experience, including 3+ years with Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, and container networking.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, scripting (Bash, Python, or Go), and monitoring tools.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills., * Red Hat OpenShift certification.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd), GitOps, and regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2).
