Job description
· Administer and maintain enterprise SAN and NAS storage environments, including provisioning storage, managing LUNs and volumes, and monitoring capacity and performance
· Configure and support RAID, snapshots, replication, and storage performance tuning activities
· Troubleshoot storage connectivity, multipathing, performance bottlenecks, backup failures, and restore operations
· Support Windows and Linux servers connected to enterprise storage platforms
· Collaborate with systems, network, database, backup, and cybersecurity teams to ensure storage availability and reliability
· Perform storage upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities in accordance with change management processes
· Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance windows

Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience administering enterprise storage environments
· Hands-on experience supporting SAN and/or NAS platforms, including NetApp storage solutions
· Experience with storage provisioning, LUN and volume management, RAID configuration, snapshots, replication, and performance tuning
· Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux servers with attached storage, including multipathing and file system management
· Experience with backup and recovery technologies such as Rubrik, Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup, Cohesity, or similar tools
· Knowledge of storage monitoring and troubleshooting tools
· Active Security+ Certification required
· Active TS/SCI Clearance required
· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications of the Storage Administrator:
· Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or vendor-specific automation tools and APIs
· Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
· Exposure to cloud and hybrid storage environments, including AWS and Azure
Benefits & conditions
· $58.00 - $69.00/hr
