Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance applications in Agile environments., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
Develop responsive front-end components using Angular.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Ensure application security, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to work from the designated client location as required. The candidate is required to work at client location 3 days a week., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture.
Strong experience developing REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Angular (v10 or higher preferred).
Experience with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Git version control.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or other distributed technologies.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Relevant Java or cloud certifications are a plus.
