Server Administrator

Do you have experience in Windows?, · Remote server administration using RDP and out-of-band tools (IPMI / iDRAC / iLO).

· Nutanix infrastructure operations, including Prism, VM, cluster, and node management.

· Windows Server administration and troubleshooting service.

· Active Directory user, group, and access management using RSAT tools.

· File server administration and NTFS/share permission management.

· SQL Server operational support, including service monitoring via SSMS.

· Virtualization awareness with primary focus on Nutanix and support level knowledge of VMware ESXi/vCenter.

· IT Service Management using ServiceNow, including ticket handling and queue management.

· Basic networking troubleshooting (ping, tracert, firewall, and connectivity checks).

· Server documentation, asset tracking, and coordination with hardware vendors., * VMware: 1 year (Preferred)

• NUTANIX: 1 year (Preferred)
