AI/ML Engineer-Austin, TX, Houston, TX, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Nashville, TN

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML engineering, data science, predictive analytics, and cloud-based ML development, along with experience in the insurance or financial services industry. This role requires expertise in building scalable ML solutions, customer analytics, and business intelligence to drive strategic business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Build scalable ML models and inference pipelines supporting APIs, batch processing, and real-time predictions.
• Develop predictive analytics models to improve customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, revenue generation, and business performance.
• Perform data exploration, anomaly detection, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Develop Machine Learning models using Python in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement Responsible AI practices, including model monitoring, bias mitigation, explainability, and data privacy.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights and business recommendations.
• Present analytical findings and AI-driven recommendations through compelling storytelling and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure data quality, model performance, and continuous optimization of AI/ML solutions.

• Strong experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Customer Analytics initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing production Machine Learning and/or Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience building ML APIs, batch inference, and real-time prediction services.
• Strong Python programming experience for Machine Learning development.
• Strong SQL skills with expertise in data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Dominos, and/or Power BI.
• Strong statistical and mathematical knowledge supporting predictive modeling and data science.
• Experience applying predictive analytics to improve customer experience, marketing effectiveness, revenue generation, and business outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
