Job description

  • Responsible for application development as well as the application environment.
  • Manage all components of an application and application environment including front, back, and middle tiers where applicable.
  • Lead tool evaluation efforts, including the definition of evaluation criteria and identification of tools.
  • Interact with and manage product vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience in multiple system environments.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and testing applications.
  • Ability to combine multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions.
  • Experience performing analysis of business models, logical specifications, and user requirements to design solutions.
  • Understanding of various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage.
  • Experience working on various platforms including mainframes, minis, and micros., * Application Development.
