SAGE Intacct Implementation Specialist

10 years of proven experience in SAGE Intacct customization, implementation, and integration. Strong expertise in procurement, purchase order management, and vendor management within SAGE Intacct. Lead the customization of SAGE Intacct to tailor the system according to client business requirements, enhancing overall efficiency and functionality. Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of SAGE Intacct, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems or manual processes. Manage the integration of SAGE Intacct with third-party tools and applications to streamline business operations. Coordinate and execute the migration of financial and procurement data into SAGE Intacct, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all migrated data. Implement and optimize the procurement and purchase order management processes within SAGE Intacct, improving supplier relationships and procurement efficiency. Experience with inventory management and inventory tracking processes in SAGE Intacct. Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAGE Intacct, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functionality. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to SAGE Intacct. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
