Forward Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Solution Discovery
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and engineering teams to understand business objectives and technical requirements.

Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, and deploy custom software applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Build scalable APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
• Develop production-quality code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems.

Deployment & Operations

• Configure and deploy solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with architects, developers, project managers, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment phases.
• Capture customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
• Python
• Java
• C#
• Go
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with:
• REST APIs and microservices architecture
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Git-based development workflows
• CI/CD tools and automation frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and data engineering platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.).
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and modern application architecture.
• Prior consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.
