Job description
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, coaching leaders, analyzing business performance, and helping organizations achieve measurable results. You’ll work closely with multiple business operators, providing strategic guidance while balancing operational priorities across your assigned territory., * Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping them improve operational and financial performance.
- Build trusted partnerships through coaching, collaboration, and consultative problem solving.
- Support leaders across business operations, customer experience, team development, local business growth initiatives, and overall organizational performance.
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans that improve efficiency, execution, and long-term business performance.
- Facilitate business planning discussions and provide guidance on operational best practices.
- Help leaders navigate operational challenges, organizational change, and performance-related issues.
- Conduct onsite business reviews and operational assessments, providing practical recommendations to improve results.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to connect business leaders with tools, resources, and support.
- Travel throughout an assigned territory to provide in-person coaching, consulting, and relationship management (approximately 80% travel).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of experience supporting multiple business locations, regional operations, or field-based consulting.
- Experience working in a multi-site environment such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, consumer services, professional services, education, or other customer-focused industries.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance and helping business leaders achieve measurable results.
- Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence navigating complex business conversations.
- Self-directed professional who enjoys managing a territory and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools.
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
