Senior Technical Program Manager, ERP

GFiber TPM’s are responsible for providing technical project management and program management for engineering projects in GFiber Engineering. The projects are related to software developed by the systems and tools teams and overseeing the development of home routers for Fiber customers. Fiber systems leverage cloud based deployments environments. The suite of systems and tools includes applications (iOS and Android), customer web based portal, backend systems built on salesforce, Fiber Management systems, customer agent and ticketing tools, OSS, ERP and billing systems. The wide spectrum of systems and tools provides opportunity for technical growth to engineers in a fast paced environment. This role will be focused on managing the systems deployed in the field currently based on the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) based on SAP, Coupa, Docusign and other applications.

In this role, you’ll:

• Defining the integration strategy and working with architecture teams in the ERP domain
• Managing Data migration and validation frameworks for ERP systems
• Work closely with the stakeholders to prioritize issues and feature requests.
• Orchestrating end to end test cycles
• Delivering monthly releases for the applications that makeup the ERP suite

• Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of Program Management experience.
• 5 years of experience managing ERP systems
• 5 years of experience managing and working with business stakeholders.

It’s preferred if you have:

• Experience in GCP or cloud based deployments
• Experience in vendor management.
• Understand of Gemini based AI tools
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $219,200- $241,100 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
