#N Infrastructure Project Manager

• Manage project efforts for Data Center (new) design, build, and migration initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed:
• On time
• Within scope
• Within budget
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals.
• Act as a change agent to improve processes and project execution.
• Provide guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support development and implementation of project management standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Manage resource planning, availability, and allocation.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
• Perform risk management activities to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful completion of short-term and long-term objectives.
• Manage financial aspects including budgets, cost tracking, and project constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans and communicate them with clients and internal teams.
• Create project documentation including:
• Spreadsheets
• Diagrams
• Process maps
• Project reports

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management, specifically focused on Data Center builds, relocations, and migrations.
• Must be able to commute to Newark, NJ for a hybrid work schedule as required by the client.
• Proven experience completing 3+ Data Center moves/builds involving:
• Facilities
• Network
• Compute
• Storage
• Migration activities
• Experience leading 2+ large-scale corporate headquarters moves (1000+ users) with responsibility for:
• Network and telecom procurement
• New LAN/MDF design
• Build and Go-Live execution
