Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Solution Architect @Baltimore, MD/Jacksonville, FL/Phoenix, AZ-W2

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and continuous enhancement of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the principal subject matter expert across Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Contract-to-Cash, and Advanced Collections. You will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution by designing end-to-end cloud solutions, architecting seamless cross-module workflows (Procure-to-Pay and Contract-to-Cash), guiding integration frameworks, and leveraging Oracle’s advanced analytics and Digital Assistant capabilities., * Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the functional architecture and blueprinting for complex Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and enterprise goals.

• Functional Delivery: Drive end-to-end configuration, process optimization, and operational support across Project Financials, Project Management, Project Contract Billing, Enterprise Contracts, Financials (AP, AR, Collections), Procurement (PO), and Revenue Management.
• Cross-Process Execution: Design and optimize complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Contract-to-Cash (C2C) flows, ensuring seamless transaction handoffs between Procurement, Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.
• Integrations & Technical Governance: Partner with technical teams to architect scalable integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and FBDI (File-Based Data Import).
• Reporting & Analytics Leadership: Design and oversee reporting solutions across OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Fusion ERP Analytics (FAW), leveraging a deep understanding of underlying base tables.
• Self-Service & AI Innovation: Optimize employee experience by deploying Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Self-Service Cloud Services for automated ERP workflows and automated invoice processing.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with finance, procurement, project managers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications.

Automation & Self-Service:

• Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning for Self Service Cloud Service
• Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) for Fusion ERP Self Service Cloud Service

Analytics: Fusion ERP Analytics (Fusion Analytics Warehouse / FAW) Technical & Integration Competencies - While primarily a Functional Solution Architect role, strong technical depth is required to effectively bridge functional requirements with technical architecture:

• Integrations & Data Ingestion: Proven mastery of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) flows and FBDI processes for data migration and third-party system connections.
• Reporting & Data Extraction: Expert-level proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) report development.
• Database & Data Structure: Solid understanding of Oracle underlying base tables across Financials, Projects, Procurement, and AR/Billing modules, accompanied by proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Analytics Platforms: Deep knowledge of Fusion ERP Analytics (FAW) semantic models, KPIs, and pre-built data pipelines.

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders highly preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field, Required Qualifications * Experience: 8+ years of total experience with Oracle ERP systems, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• System Knowledge: Demonstrated track record delivering solutions across Project Financials, Project Billing, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Revenue Management, and Advanced Collections.
• Process Mastery: Deep architectural knowledge of end-to-end Contract-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay lifecycles.
• Location & Work Setup: Ability to work in a Hybrid arrangement out of one of our office hubs: Baltimore, MD, Jacksonville, FL, or Phoenix, AZ.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and database concepts to non-technical business stakeholders., * Official Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Specialist Certifications in Financials, Procurement, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) skill development and conversational AI integration into enterprise workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with custom SQL/BIP data extraction directly against Fusion base tables for complex financial reconciliations.
