Job description

MTSI is seeking candidates with operational experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. This individual will be tasked to support test and analysis of electronic warfare systems, will participate and monitor the execution of DT and OT missions, process, analyze and evaluate mission data report results, and provide feedback to the customer., * Manage programs for test events by communicating with customers on requirements, developing test scenarios, authoring test plans, scheduling resources, executing test events, and writing test reports.

  • Perform reviews of EW systems, sub-systems and components to ensure proper development of test documentation and data collection requirements.

  • Organize and lead ground and flight tests to include distribution of materials, mission briefing, execution, and debriefing.

  • Provide Test Director and EW support for design and readiness reviews, test planning working groups, test documentation (such as test verification plans, test information sheets, test matrices, test cards, data analysis plans, post-flight reports, etc.), and execution.

  • Possess the ability and willingness to work in a remote environment with a highly motivated team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Program or Test Management experience.

  • Clear understanding of flight test principles and discipline.

  • Must be willing and able to learn the concepts, principles, and practices of electronic warfare and survivability testing and analysis. Prior knowledge and/or experience is a plus.

  • Must be willing and able to learn about ground radar systems.

  • Must maintain excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems, software, and current modeling tools.

  • Previous experience as aircrew member (Pilot, EWO, NAV, etc.) is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • A Technical degree is a plus but not required

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 10% travel may be required.

  • Non-traditional work hours may be required for exercise execution events.

  • The expectation is that work will be performed on-site and not remotely.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with sensitive compartmentalized information (SCI) and special access program (SAP) eligibility

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
