Job description
- Support CI/CD pipeline administration, maintenance, and enhancement activities across AWS cloud environments.
- Assist with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) development using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Monitor cloud environments and respond to operational alerts and incidents.
- Support automated deployment, patching, backup, and recovery processes.
- Participate in implementation of automation initiatives designed to reduce operational toil and improve deployment consistency.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of ONE (1)+ year of work experience.
- Experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or systems administration experience.
- Basic understanding of AWS services, networking, and security concepts.
- Experience with Git, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and CI/CD tools.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Associate Certification.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, Datadog, or Grafana.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
