  • 8+ years of experience in BMS software architecture and Model-Based Design (MBD/MBSE).
  • Strong expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, and battery system architecture.
  • Experience designing scalable BMS software solutions.
  • Knowledge of automotive software development processes and embedded systems.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams.
  • Experience with functional safety is a plus.
