Job description

Seeking for a dynamic team as a quality assurance professional, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of innovative cloud-based web applications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment., * Design and maintain test automation frameworks for UI and REST APIs using Selenium Java, Rest Assured, and TestNG.

Execute SQL queries and validate databases using automation tools.
Combine automated and manual testing strategies for comprehensive coverage.
Conduct hands-on testing of Microservices and REST APIs.
Create detailed test plans and strategies based on requirements and design documents.
Utilize Atlassian tools for project management and documentation.
Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to define test coverage.
Drive defect triage and risk escalation in Agile and Scrum processes.
Document and report defects using Jira and Confluence.
Coordinate test support activities between US and remote teams.
Perform root-cause analysis and support solutions with data-driven insights.
Execute integration tests with an understanding of application systems.
Apply AI-enabled capabilities to enhance testing efforts.

Requirements

Proficiency in test automation using Selenium Java, Rest Assured, TestNG, and other relevant tools.
Strong SQL skills for database validation.
Experience with Microservice and REST API testing.
Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of cloud-based web application architecture, especially AWS.
Understanding of deployment technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Front-end UI knowledge including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with AI-enabled testing capabilities.
Knowledge of the hospitality domain is a plus.

Qualifications:

7 years of experience in designing automated test frameworks for UI and REST APIs.
Experience in applying AI-enabled capabilities for testing.
Experience in the hospitality domain preferred.
