Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics applications using Databricks, Qlik, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines that integrate enterprise data from multiple systems.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and executive decision making.
- Develop Qlik applications, data models, and scripting to support reporting and analytics.
- Develop Databricks notebooks, workflows, and data transformation logic.
- Integrate applications with SharePoint, Power Platform, REST APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
- Support application testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile planning, sprint activities, backlog refinement, and code reviews.
- Document application architecture, technical designs, and deployment procedures.
- Support data validation, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Follow secure software development and DevSecOps practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years developing enterprise data and analytics applications.
- Experience with Databricks development including notebooks, workflows, Delta Lake, and Spark.
- Experience developing Qlik Sense or Qlik analytics applications.
- Experience integrating enterprise data using APIs, SQL, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong SQL skills and relational database experience.
- Experience with Power BI development and dashboard creation.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience using Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience working in Agile software development teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (or ability to obtain if contract allows).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Databricks or AWS-based analytics platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience developing REST API integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with enterprise information management and data governance.
- Experience supporting production analytics platforms.
