Job description

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications. Build and enhance Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs. Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka. Implement Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, and Consumer Groups. Integrate Kafka with enterprise systems and databases. Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and messaging issues. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Support CI/CD deployment processes and production releases. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17). Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture. Extensive experience with Apache Kafka. Experience developing RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging solutions. Strong understanding of Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of Redis caching. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle. Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is preferred. Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
