Sr. Solutions Engineer, Strategic

This role supports business sales by applying technical expertise to design and present wireless communication solutions that address customer needs. It involves consulting with customers to understand their business challenges and developing tailored solutions using wireless network technologies and devices. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of wireless products, network coverage, and value-added solutions to effectively support sales activities. Success is measured by the ability to facilitate customer engagements, provide accurate technical information, and contribute to solution adoption. The work impacts organizational sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction by ensuring technical alignment and support throughout the sales process., * Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and present tailored wireless communication solutions

• Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design
• Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage improvements
• Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate wireless solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent experience in field (Required) 7-10 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a related customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise or strategic accounts. Experience designing, presenting, and supporting wireless, mobility, telecommunications, or network solutions (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $140,600 - $253,600, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $98,420 - $177,520

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
