AI/ML Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and organizational leadership to identify opportunities where AI and machine learning can improve operations, automate processes, and support strategic decision-making., * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and identify high-value AI/ML use cases.
• Build predictive models, machine learning pipelines, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing enterprise applications and systems.
• Evaluate and apply machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, tuning, and validation.
• Establish best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and ongoing optimization.
• Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and accuracy of existing AI/ML solutions.
• Design solutions that comply with applicable data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and access-control requirements.
• Work with cloud engineering and DevOps teams to implement automated deployment and continuous integration practices.
• Monitor emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving models, data pipelines, integrations, and production environments.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional technical teams throughout the solution-development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to internal teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts, risks, findings, and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong machine learning expertise with hands-on software engineering, cloud, and DevOps experience. This individual should be comfortable leading technical initiatives, developing production-ready solutions, and translating business requirements into scalable AI/ML capabilities., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.

• At least five years of professional experience designing, developing, and delivering AI or machine learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and model-evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with additional programming languages such as R or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing scalable, production-ready machine learning models and pipelines.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills., * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Amazon SageMaker, or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with MLOps platforms and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, model explainability, bias assessment, data governance, and AI security.
• Experience developing AI/ML solutions within healthcare, life sciences, government, or another regulated industry.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
