Job description

  • Author and present trainings and “micro” trainings enhancing efficiency use of technology throughout the organization. These trainings will include both in person instruction and recorded a/v presentations
  • Provide direct support for onboarding staff delivering both IT NEO presentations and individual technology onboarding orientations
  • Manage vendor relationships and assist in effective procurement, linking vendors to opportunities to partner with VYH Advancement, negotiating pricing and vendor selection
  • Manage the inventory databases for agency cellular and endpoint devices, preparing monthly report out to Finance

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, English or similar discipline
  • Ability to use office suite applications and familiarity with some desktop publishing or graphic design software eg Canva to create engaging publications and media

Physical Requirements for the IT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
  • Able to climb in and out of vehicle multiple times per day
  • Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary
  • Reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working on a computer lift 30lbs repeatedly
