Job description
- Author and present trainings and âmicroâ trainings enhancing efficiency use of technology throughout the organization. These trainings will include both in person instruction and recorded a/v presentations
- Provide direct support for onboarding staff delivering both IT NEO presentations and individual technology onboarding orientations
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in effective procurement, linking vendors to opportunities to partner with VYH Advancement, negotiating pricing and vendor selection
- Manage the inventory databases for agency cellular and endpoint devices, preparing monthly report out to Finance
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, English or similar discipline
- Ability to use office suite applications and familiarity with some desktop publishing or graphic design software eg Canva to create engaging publications and media
Physical Requirements for the IT Enablement & Logistics Lead:
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
- Able to climb in and out of vehicle multiple times per day
- Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary

Reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working on a computer lift 30lbs repeatedly
