Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. This role is a senior individual contributor position requiring strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, Kotlin, AWS, AI/ML, AWS CDK, and CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate will independently lead the development of medium-to-large features, contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, write high-quality production code, and collaborate closely with product managers, technical program managers, and cross-functional engineering teams. < data-start=”821” data-end=”846”>Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and Kotlin.
• Build and maintain cloud-native solutions using AWS services and AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
• Develop and integrate AI/ML-enabled capabilities into application workflows and business solutions.
• Independently deliver medium-to-large, complex features with minimal supervision.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-quality code following established engineering standards.
• Participate in system design, technical architecture, and design review discussions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive technical guidance to engineering team members.
• Mentor and support junior engineers through technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical program managers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Utilize internal engineering platforms, development tools, and operational processes effectively.

• 5 8 years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience developing backend applications using Node.js and Kotlin.
• Strong experience building modern, responsive web applications using React.
• Proven experience designing and developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
• Demonstrated experience with application architecture, system design, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining high engineering quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
