Scrum Master - Hybrid

As a Scrum Master, you will support cloud technology initiatives by facilitating Agile practices, coordinating project activities, and promoting collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will help ensure successful delivery of cloud-related projects and operational initiatives by managing Scrum processes, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and improving team effectiveness., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

• Coordinate cloud project activities, operational requests, maintenance efforts, and service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor sprint progress, project milestones, dependencies, and work completion using Agile tools.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, impediments, operational issues, and blocked work items.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, architects, operations teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Support requirements gathering, scope definition, and project documentation activities.
• Maintain project artifacts including status reports, dashboards, risk logs, and sprint metrics.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and reports for leadership and governance meetings.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across cloud operations, engineering, and architecture teams.

• Experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery, or operational coordination activities.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team activities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of Agile principles, values, and team coaching practices.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience using project management, ticketing, collaboration, and work tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting cloud-related projects, operations, or technology initiatives.
• Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or similar preferred.
