Job description

We are looking to hire a System Test Engineer who will work in the test solutions group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter products. Through HW and SW expertise, you will explore challenging areas of test coverage and test automation to find the right solutions.

NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI - the next era of computing. NVIDIA is a ā€œlearning machineā€ that constantly evolves by adapting to new opportunities that are hard to solve, that only we can pursue, and that matter to the world. This is our life’s work, to amplify human creativity and intelligence. Make the choice to join our growing team today!

What you will be doing:

  • Define and implement manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products.

  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.

  • Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

  • Review and provide feedback for DFT in the early design stages.

  • Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.

  • Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.

  • Frequent travel to CM sites, both local and overseas to provide on-site support for builds and factory operations as necessary.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on post-silicon validation experience with system-level products.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven expertise in developing and supporting manufacturing test programs at the platform level.

  • Demonstrated experience with data center platforms and large-scale system architectures.

  • Proficient in Python programming and Bash scripting for automation and data analysis.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in pioneering and developing innovative test methodologies and comprehensive test strategies that drive automation, efficiency, and quality improvements across complex test environments.

Benefits & conditions

With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. If you’re a creative and autonomous engineer with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you. Come build the future with us!
