ERP Systems & Business Process Specialist

Sigan America, LLC, together with its affiliated companies Science Solutions, LLC and GDC Illinois, Inc., is seeking an experienced ERP Systems & Business Process Specialist to support, optimize, and integrate multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across our manufacturing operations.

This position will serve as the internal subject matter expert responsible for improving business processes, supporting ERP users, coordinating software enhancements, and leading future ERP integration initiatives among our affiliated companies.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Human Resources, and Information Technology to improve efficiency through automation, standardized processes, and data accuracy.

This is a highly visible position with significant opportunity for growth as the organization continues expanding its ERP capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities

ERP Administration

• Support day-to-day operation of multiple ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain system configuration and user security.
• Create and maintain master data.
• Monitor data integrity and transactional accuracy.

Business Process Improvement

• Analyze current business processes.
• Recommend workflow improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Reduce manual processes.
• Standardize procedures across multiple companies.

ERP Integration Projects

• Assist in integrating ERP platforms across:
• Sigan America - Science Solutions - GDC Illinois business units
• Coordinate with outside VAR.
• Lead in ERP upgrades.
• Lead in future ERP conversions.
• Perform system testing before implementation.
• Document business requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop reports and dashboards.
• Support KPI reporting.
• Improve operational visibility.
• Assist All Depts with reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL queries when appropriate.

User Training

• Train new ERP users.
• Develop written procedures.
• Create training documentation.
• Provide ongoing user support.
• Promote ERP best practices.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following :
• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Business
• Accounting
• Supply Chain
• or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years ERP administration experience
• Manufacturing ERP experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting end users

Experience with:

• SQL
• Power BI
• SSRS
• Data imports / API’s
• Workflow automation
